These terms apply to your use of titansecuresystems.com and to payments you make to us. Effective October 15, 2026.
Who we are
Titan Secure Systems LLC is a Pennsylvania company based in Philadelphia (“we” or “us”). By using this website you agree to these terms.
This website
This website describes our company and our services. It is general information, not an offer or a contract. You may use it for lawful purposes only and may not interfere with its operation.
Payments
Titan Secure Systems takes payment for its own services and for work and products sold under the Titan name, including Titan Creative. Payments are taken by Titan Secure Systems LLC through Stripe, a payment processor. You enter your card details on Stripe’s secure checkout page; they never pass through this website and we never see or store them. Your statement will show Titan Secure Systems.
Builds, repair, installations and data recovery
Every job is custom and quoted before work starts, and no work starts until you accept the quote.
We only carry out modifications that are lawful, and we do not remove or get around copy protection.
Websites by Titan Creative
We design and build websites for small businesses under the name Titan Creative, and provide hosting and care plans for them.
Project work starts once the deposit in your proposal is paid. The remaining balance is due before the finished website or any other deliverable is handed over or published.
Because we reserve time and begin work as soon as you pay, payments for project work, including deposits, are not refundable. This does not affect any right to a refund that the law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Hosting and care plans are billed in advance, yearly or monthly, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@titansecuresystems.com. Your plan then runs to the end of the period already paid for, and payments already made are not refunded.
If a plan payment fails, we will let you know and try the card again. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, hosting and updates may be paused until the account is brought up to date.
A signed agreement for a project takes precedence over these terms.
Questions about a charge
If you think a charge is wrong, email info@titansecuresystems.com before contacting your bank. We will review it and correct any mistake.
Intellectual property
The content, names and marks on this website belong to Titan Secure Systems LLC and may not be reused without written permission. Console and device names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the devices we work on.
No warranty for this website
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not change the terms of a quote you have accepted or a signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
